Media accreditation ensures that only verified media representatives have access to official press areas, interview opportunities, and exclusive coverage rights.

Pick-Up Information

Approved applicants will receive an Accreditation Confirmation Email. Media passes can be collected at:

Media Desk – Nkyinkyim Museum

Dates: 2nd October, 2025
Time: 10:00 am – 3:30 pm
Requirements: Present your confirmation email and a valid ID to pick up your accreditation badge.

Note: Accreditation badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times while covering the event.

Note on Bona Fide Media Organizations

Accreditation is strictly reserved for media personnel representing recognized and bona fide media organizations. Freelance media applicants must provide verifiable proof of past work, portfolio links, or a letter of assignment from a media house.

The organizers reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on authenticity and event capacity.

AVC 2025 respects and protects your personal information.

All data submitted during the accreditation process will be used only for event verification and internal communication.
Personal details, photos, and IDs will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Media representatives consent to their images, names, and coverage being used in official AVC 2025 promotional and archival materials.
